1. Information We Collect
This app stores the following information on your device:
- Workout / training log data (date, exercises/menus, body parts, weight, reps, sets, interval settings, cardio and bodyweight fields, and other items needed for logging)
- Custom exercise (menu) and body part data
- App settings and display-related information (display preferences, tutorial progress, etc.)
- Subscription status (managed by Apple via StoreKit 2)
- Share campaign usage status (stored on-device and in Keychain; the campaign has ended)
This app does not provide its own account registration or login, and does not collect app-specific authentication information (such as a user identifier or display name).
When you use iCloud sync, workout, exercise, and body part data (among the items above) may be stored and synced in Apple’s CloudKit Private Database via the Apple ID signed into iCloud on your device. We do not store user records in the Public Database. The developer cannot view records in your Private Database.
For the interval timer feature, the app may use Live Activities (Lock Screen / Dynamic Island) and notifications to show remaining time and notify you when an interval ends.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect and store for the following purposes:
- Providing core app features (logging, memos, timer, calendar, widgets, reports, etc.)
- Managing, analyzing, and displaying training records
- Syncing data across devices (when iCloud is used)
- Providing subscription features
- Creating and restoring backups (when you choose to do so)
- Improving the app and its quality
3. Storage and Management
- Primary data is stored on your device (e.g. UserDefaults). On-device data is the source of truth
